The Dragonfest 2009 will - for the first time ever - be one day longer:

The „Intime Arrival- and Camp Play Day“!

Which means that the Dragonfest as an event will now last 6 instead of 5 days.

Tuesday is the official arrival day for everyone, Wednesday is already the first day to play under a festival peace between all camps.
Until the opening ritual you have the possibility to explore area and town, to have great play at your camp and to build your camp together with others as an intime action.

Wednesday's festival peace means that there will be no fighting, neither with weapons nor magic, outside of any camp.

Every camp can name a building team of 20 people. Talk about that internally and have your contact person hand in a list (as an Excel file). The people of the building team will be allowed to arrive one day earlier (that is: Monday) to help build your camp.
All people on the building team lists must have ordered and paid their ticket beforehand. People paying on site cannot be part of the building team.

Additional helpers and every one who wants to arrive relaxed can of course also arrive on Monday. For the small fee of 15 Euros you can use all facilities from Monday on.
