There is a separate numbered ticket for each kind of participant (player, NSC, early birds).

We will send your ticket for the Drachenfest to you some time after we have received your payment (depending on the payment date up to 4-6 weeks). Note that the shipment of the first set of tickets will start no sooner than end of Octobre 2008 with frequent shipments in intervals afterwards! Any ticket we have received a payment for before the end of the subscription date (value date of invoice) will be sent after the official closing date. Payments for tickets that arrive after that date cannot be considered for shipping, as we cannot risk you not receiving it in time; instead, these tickets will be handed out to you at your arrival at the entrance of the Drachenfest's area (please do not forget to provide a passport).

Important note: The shipment of each ticket will be annotated in our database. After the shipment, you are liable for the ticket by yourself (as is the usual procedure by any ticket seller). Hence, it will not be replaced after a loss – once you have lost or forgotten the ticket, there is no way to recoup it or to receive a payback by us (again, the usual procedure). So please treat your valuable ticket like cash!

Once you have entered the area, your ticket will be cancelled by ripping off the numbered part and you will receive a wristband in exchange. Please attach that band to your wrist immediately, as it is your identification as a person that is authorized to linger on the Drachenfest's area. In case we meet someone there without such a wristband, we have to assume that the stay of the person in question is illegitimate – so please take particular care of the band!

Transfer of tickets: The tickets are not personalized. This means that your ticket is not attached to a particular person - it can be transferred or sold to any other person in case you are not able to attend the Drachenfest on your own. However, such a transfer takes place completely on your own risk – there will be no payback by us for a ticket once you have bought it.
