Participants aged 17 and below need a permission written and signed by their legal guardians. Furthermore, they have to be accompanied by a supervisor of full age appointed by the legal guardians; the appointment must be presentable in a written and signed form also.

The supervisor has to be registered and present at the Drachenfest and the form has to be carried along by the minor and shown at request. In case of violations of these rules, we will be forced to send the minor home.

Important note: The supervisor is legally responsible and assumes liability for the minor. This is based on legal directives and requires the active control by the supervisor in accordance with these directives.
